  2. Decision: You will be notified of our decision in a timely manner. If approved, your refund will be initiated either by:

  • Original Payment Method: Through your original payment method (Razorpay, PayPal, or Stripe).
  • Direct Payment: We may request your preferred payment details to issue your refund directly.

Please note that refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

  • Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
  • Accounts banned or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are ineligible for refunds.
